Good Things Pass By Those Who Wait. — Marion Bekoe

Throughout our lives, we've been urged to wait patiently, stand in line, and believe that our time will come. Yet, we witness those who defy this advice, taking control and making things happen for themselves.

Breaking ingrained habits is challenging; what worked for our parents and their parents may not align with the current reality. Circumstances have evolved, and waiting may mean losing opportunities to others.

The notion that "all things come to those who wait" is debunked by reality. Try sitting still for a month, and you'll likely encounter bills and hunger. Waiting doesn't guarantee favorable outcomes.

It's crucial to recognize that certain teachings may not always be the best. Changing ingrained habits is difficult but essential for personal growth and the well-being of future generations.

Waiting rarely leads to fruition; one must actively create, acquire, or seize what is rightfully theirs. While waiting, valuable opportunities may pass by.
